These are the Terms&Conditions of the ESP, which you will have to confirm in conjunction with our Data Protection rules, when registering with the site.

This page is intended for users who are not yet registered with the ESP, and want to inform themselves first. This means that only the text in your profile is legally valid. 

You can at any time access the Terms&Conditions in your personal profile. You will be notified about any changes made to the text.

Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All offers are non-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the editor without separate announcement. 

Referrals and links
The editor is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages.   • assumes no warranty for the functioning of the website or for the correctness, suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information published on the website. This applies to user-generated content especially;
  • is not liable for users' data loss or third parties' unauthorised access to personal user data on this website (e.g. by hackers);
  • is not liable if data and information which the users themselves have made accessible are misused by third parties;
  • is not liable for users' contents or actions. They are neither approved and answered for by the ESP Editorial Department, nor do they represent the ESP Editorial Department opinions. External links which are posted by users are counted among the users' contents.
  • is not liable for malfunctions which are caused by force majeure, strikes, lockout, operational disturbances, or other damages. This also applies if the ESP website has to be shut down;
  • and the suppliers of telecommunication- and network services who are associated with the Communication Platform are not liable for any damages which may result from using or not using the ESP website.

Users' responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for any published content. Use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Users commit themselves...

  • not to violate third party proprietary rights, or personal rights;
  • not to publish or to link to any pornographic or sexually explicit material;
  • not to publish or to link to anything that is considered obscene, villainising, racist, xenophobic, right-wing extremist or scandalous in any other way by common moral concepts, legal rights and the editorial staff of the ESP;
  • not to publish data that is infected by a virus or any other harmful program;
  • not to send any chain letters or so called spam-email;
  • not to visit the site for any commercial purpose and especially not to offer any third party property or to use information gained on the site for such purposes.
