International Development Research Center

I think International Development Research Center helps a lot of people worldwide. It does some research on water issues in developing countries and helps such organizations as the UN to deal with those issues.
Today, IDRC's water-related projects are diverse, yet all generate and apply new knowledge in four critical areas: water access and rights, water demand management, wastewater reuse, and the interactions between water, health, and ecosystems. All those critical aspects are very important nowadays. and I think it's good that such research center as IDRC works with such ares as water.
